Every individual receiving services has the right to dignity, respect, privacy, and informed consent. You have the right to participate in your treatment planning and to make decisions about your care. You have the right to be free from discrimination, abuse, and exploitation.

Confidentiality
Serenity Wellness and Recovery complies with all state and federal confidentiality laws, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Your protected health information is kept secure and is only shared with your written consent or as required by law.
Grievance Procedure
If you have a concern about your care, you may file a grievance with our Practice Manager in person, by phone at (470) 733-9759, or in writing to 1524 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS 39501. Grievances are reviewed promptly and you will never face retaliation for raising a concern.
Insurance & Payment
We accept Mississippi Medicaid, and a sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify. Our team will verify your coverage before your first appointment and explain any costs in advance.
